Our experience with Irving Garcia at Streamline has been really extraordinary! We have rented in five cities over the past 16 years, of which 10 years have been spent in DC and we have never had a property manager as responsive, kind, considerate, and proactive as Irving. There was someone else managing our current rental when we first moved in and that person was unresponsive and left a lot of issues unaddressed. When Irving took over, our experience completely changed. He was really facing an uphill battle having to clean up someone else's mess, but he has been so gracious and dedicated to getting things right in the house and has been really patient with us as we catch him up on all the different things we need. He listens intently and then works to solve the issues without overburdening us - he liaises seamlessly with the ownership, arranges the different contractors or repair experts, and will even manage the visit himself if we are busy or can't be at home. We trust him in our space and feel confident that he will work tirelessly to make the home we're living in the best it can be.

I had a great experience with Streamline, everyone was super responsive and any issues with my apartment were dealt with within a day. I also received my security deposit back within about a week. I can’t recommend them more as a tenant

Keona has been phenomenal. This company used to have a terrible property manager that did exceedingly sub par work. I don’t know how that person kept their license. There seems to have been some kind of turnaround, and Keona has been thorough, effective, and on the ball. It’s a VERY impressive turnaround, thanks to Keona, for sure.
