Kathy brings decades of experience in both commercial and residential property management and leasing. She joined Streamline after 19 years with Taylor Properties in Chevy Chase, where she oversaw the full management portfolio before specializing in leasing. Earlier, she spent 16 years as Leasing Manager for Phillips Leasing in Bethesda, handling a diverse commercial portfolio of offices, shopping centers, warehouses, and retail across the DMV. Kathy began her career at Charles E. Smith Companies in Northern Virginia, where she developed her passion for real estate.

Over the years, she has negotiated hundreds of transactions and guided clients through marketing, tenant selection, lease negotiations, renovations, and property management. At Streamline, Kathy draws on this experience to help owners position their properties effectively, select the right tenants, and secure strong leases. She holds Associate Broker licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.

She maintains her Associates Broker’s licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
