Brett was born and raised across the boroughs of New York City, giving him a deep understanding of urban communities and the value of stable, attainable housing. He brings over 15 years of experience in leasing and property management, including 11 years embedded in the DMV market. His portfolio spans high-rise condominiums in DC, corporate housing in Stamford, CT, apartment leasing in the East Village, and single-family and garden-style residential communities from Ashburn to Fairfax across the residential multi-family sector.

Having lived and worked in all four corners of NYC before planting roots in the DMV, Brett is highly knowledgeable about the region and skilled at managing both rental and owner-occupied properties.

Brett's commitment to housing runs far beyond the professional. He has testified before the DC Council in support of the Housing Production Trust Fund, advocating for affordable housing as a foundation for human potential. He has also managed over $284 million in assets with a 98% tenant satisfaction rate and led sustainable development initiatives achieving significant reductions in energy and water consumption.

Outside of work, Brett lives in Burke, VA, with his two daughters, his son, and his pet snail, Martian. He enjoys working out, taking road trips, playing video games, and volunteering at local food banks and nonprofits.
