Andrew has several years of property management experience in a variety of properties, from luxury condominium management to affordable housing, and everything in between. Andrew obtained a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Maryland – Eastern Shore at Shady Grove, a program influenced and sponsored by Marriott. Andrew is a Washington, D.C. native and earned his high school education at The Bullis School, a local naval preparatory school. He has served as an architectural intern at Morris Architects, has worked in the field for years with an eclectic set of contractors and tradesmen, and has international management experience. Andrew’s primary role is to oversee repairs, maintenance, turnover renovations, emergency response, insurance matters and coordinate tenant transition inspections.
