Having some spare time, Scott attended the University of Maryland School of Law at night and has been admitted to practice law in the state of Maryland since 2013. He and his wife live in the Four Corners neighborhood of Silver Spring with their 2 children and pug, Gus. Licensed in MD, DC & VA.

Michael joined the Streamline team in 2012 and now serves as Streamlines’ Chief of Leasing Operations. Before joining the Streamline Management team, Mike served eight years in the United States Marine Corps. From his time serving in the United States Marine Corps, Mike has developed a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion to help others. These same core values help him serve the needs of Streamlines’ clients and tenants with the utmost customer service. Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. Michael lives in Logan Circle and is an avid weight lifter and brunch enthusiast. He is licensed in MD, DC, & VA.

Originally from the Netherlands, Marguerite moved here more than four decades ago and currently resides in Montgomery County, Maryland. Marguerite has been in the property management business in the Washington DC metropolitan area for the past 24 years. She joined Taylor Properties Limited in 2005 after an eight year association with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and other real estate companies before that. She is central to our organization, prefers a hands-on management style, and remains very involved throughout the client relationship. She is involved in all aspects of our operations and handles accounting and client reporting. Marguerite believes a carefully considered interview process is critical to the success of any desirable client-agent relationship for both parties. She excels at streamlining procedures and can always be counted on to deliver straightforward service. Marguerite holds her real estate salespersons licenses in DC and Maryland.

Cristian brings close to a decade of experience in leasing and property management. He has experience working for large multi-billion dollar corporations as well as local family-owned apartment complexes within the residential multi-family sector. Born in DC and having lived in MD for the majority of his life, he is very familiar and knowledgeable of the area. The three pillars of Cristian’s work ethic include hard work, organization, and communication.
Cris obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Business from Full Sail University in Florida. He currently lives in the suburbs of Montgomery County with his lovely wife, two adorable daughters, and pet hermit crabs. He enjoys working out, mountain-biking, watching movies, playing guitar/keyboard, and collecting action figures.
Fun Fact: Was the Spelling Bee Champion in 5th grade and a runner up in 4th grade. Due to inclement weather, he never made it to the regionals.

Kathy has enjoyed a decades-long career in leasing and management in both the commercial and residential segments of the property management industry. She came to Streamline after 19 years at Taylor Properties in Chevy Chase DC, where she first oversaw the company’s entire management portfolio and eventually focused her efforts on leasing as the company grew. Prior to 2000, Kathy enjoyed a 16-year tenure as Leasing Manager of Phillips Leasing, a subsidiary of Frank S. Phillips in Bethesda, MD, where she was responsible for leasing the company’s entire commercial portfolio that included office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, and freestanding retail in the DMV region. She credits her interest in real estate to a two-year initiation into the industry at the former Charles E. Smith Companies in Northern Virginia, sparked by an administrative job in the retail marketing and shopping center management division of the company. Kathy has negotiated hundreds of transactions throughout the years and has been involved in many aspects of the process, including marketing, tenant selection, renovation and construction management, budgeting, and property management. She maintains her licenses as an associate broker in DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Kathy utilizes her many years of experience to guide you through the most critical aspects of renting your property in order to achieve your investment goals. She helps you position your property in the marketplace and advises you through the tenant selection and lease negotiation processes, two of the most critical aspects of building and maintaining a successful landlord-tenant relationship.
She maintains her Associates Broker’s licenses in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.

Noah Trager came to work in his parents’ real estate brokerage in Silver Spring, MD when he was 5 days old. They plopped him down in a play pen in their office (where they worked 7 days a week), and he was literally raised in real estate. Needless to say, real estate is in Noah’s blood.
Noah has leased and managed property for over 20 years. He has successfully managed, developed, improved, and grown a substantial portfolio of properties including both residential and commercial real estate in the DC region. Outside of the real estate world, Noah lives in Rockville with his wonderful wife and daughter. He enjoys volunteering as a youth wrestling coach, cooking, weight lifting, and shopping at Costco.

Andrew has several years of property management experience in a variety of properties, from luxury condominium management to affordable housing, and everything in between. Andrew obtained a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Maryland – Eastern Shore at Shady Grove, a program influenced and sponsored by Marriott. Andrew is a Washington, D.C. native and earned his high school education at The Bullis School, a local naval preparatory school. He has served as an architectural intern at Morris Architects, has worked in the field for years with an eclectic set of contractors and tradesmen, and has international management experience.
